Our Equipment Rental Policies

Terms & Conditions: We charge rent for time out, not time used.

 

Rental Time Definitions

4 Hours (1/2 day): 4 consecutive hours during store hours, or overnight charge (out after 4 P.M. and returned before 8 A.M. the following morning)

Day Rate: 24 consecutive hours (8 hours use allowed on metered machines)

Week Rate: 7 consecutive days to the same time (40 Hours allowed on metered machines)

4 Week Rate:  4 consecutive weeks (totaling 28 days) to the same time (160 Hours allowed on metered machines)

Required Identification: Colorado Driver’s License with valid address and Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card .

Payment: Prepayment is required on equipment rentals. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for prepayment. Final payment is settled when equipment is returned. Final payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or cash.

Damage Waiver: Damage Waiver is not insurance! Damage waiver covers wear and tear due to normal use on machinery only. It does not cover equipment damage, broken parts or windows, tire damage, etc. This type of damage is the sole responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly. Obtaining insurance for rented equipment is the sole responsibility of the renter.

Reservations: Equipment reservations are available online, please allow 24 hours for confirmation of online reservations, though it will rarely take more than 12 hours to receive confirmation.. You may also call for item availability. Reservations are highly recommended and are free. Please give us plenty of lead time for equipment reservations and delivery scheduling. If you later find you need to delay your reservation to another day or time, please let us know so we can accommodate you.

Pricing: Prices subject to change. Please call for long-term and multiple unit discounts. All rental charges are for time out, whether equipment is used or not.

Delivery and Pickup: Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates, even on weekends. Please call for the charge to your specific location. All rental items should be gathered in a single location convenient for pickup. We can only deliver equipment to the jobsite. We cannot place equipment inside of buildings, etc. due to insurance reasons. Upon pickup, equipment must be outside of all structures and easily accessible for our truck drivers. If you prefer, you may pickup and return your rental items to our location.

Responsibility: Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from pickup to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather, vandalism, or theft. Customer will be charged for replacements or damaged items.

Need Assistance? If you have a problem with any equipment, please call us immediately and we will correct the problem. If you don’t call, we cannot fix the problem.

These terms & conditions do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
