If you’ve got maximum productivity and efficiency in mind for groundwork, renting a loader, backhoe, mini excavator, skid-steer, track loader and attachments are part of your plan. These heavy equipment rentals can get big jobs done with quickness and ease.
Loaders are most commonly used in construction, and are helpful for projects that involve loading materials onto or into another type of machinery such as railroad cars, dump trucks, etc. They are also typically used to move materials aside while doing construction. Clearing rubble, digging and back-filling are all excellent uses of a loader, and we carry John Deere and Case models.
Applications for a backhoe loader can include general construction, landscaping, demolition and excavation, or road work. You will want to rent a machine with a backhoe, or an excavator, if any of your jobs involve digging, back-filling, trenching, and/or material handling. Our rental fleet includes John Deere and Case Extendahoes and Backhoes.
If you are looking for a heavy piece of machinery for a small to medium-sized demolition or digging project, we also have mini excavators for rent. Our Bobcat mini excavators, also known as compact excavators, are generally used for small to medium sized demolition jobs or digging projects. All of our rental excavators are equipped with rubber tracks, which are ideal for working over rough or unstable terrain like gravel, dirt or mud.
Buckets for our rental backhoes are available in 12”, 18” and 24” width. We also have several attachments which can be used with our rental backhoes, including the “Hed Shaker”, 1000 lb breaker, and the compaction wheel. For the Bobcat mini excavators, we rent the “Hed Shaker” and 1000 lb breaker attachments. “HED Shakers” are vibratory compactors, while breaker attachments are used to fracture concrete, rock or asphalt for easier removal.
We also rent trench shoring boxes. These boxes are made of lightweight aluminum that protect workers in a trench from potential ground collapse.
By renting rather than buying the equipment that you need for your project, you won’t have to worry about any of the expensive costs needed to maintain the equipment. If you are unsure about what type of loader, backhoe, mini excavator or attachments you may need for your next construction project, give us a call at Bill’s Equipment & Supply. Our team is happy to assist you in understanding which machinery is best for your job, and with setting up a rental.
