10″ Control Joint Saw

We have 2 models of Control Joint Saw in our rental fleet: Multiquip and Diamond Products CC150XL-EE First Cut Saw. These saws cut crack control joints in concrete slabs to prevent random cracking caused by internal stresses that develop during the curing process. This sawing needs to be done approximately 24 hours after the concrete is poured, depending on ambient temperature.

Diamond Products Saw Features:

• Maximum cutting depth of 1-3/16”
• Reliable skid plate system for green concrete
• Heavy duty design but light weight enough for two people to lift
• Up-cut design to keep debris from going back in the cut
• Spring loaded plate that keeps it down on the surface to help prevent spalling
